Lisbon is very special. Ancient and modern. At the same time a dynamic multicultural hub and an easy living human-sized capital. Our flats are located in the old city centre, at a walking distance of the main spots - Alfama, Castelo, Baixa and Mouraria - and on the tracks of the famous tram 28.

Graça is famous for its monuments, viewpoints over the city and its authentic atmosphere. Here you can find many little (and cheap) traditional shops and restaurants and the best spots to enjoy the view over the other hills of Lisbon (Miradouro da Graça or Senhora do Monte). On Tuesdays and Saturdays takes place the Flea Market (Feira da Ladra) where you can buy literally everything from antiques and old tiles to vintage clothes or records. Nearby there’s a quiet garden with view over the river and next to it the Pantheon.

Intendente is the most diverse and multicultural central district of Lisbon. In this area full of restaurants, shops and cafés you can find some of the best seafood in town, exquisite meat, typical taverns, vegetarian restaurants and grocery shops with spices and all sorts of Asian products.  This  historical area of Lisbon, where you can see fine tile facades, was once considered the red light district but has seen a rebirth the past years with its centenarian buildings renovated, new shops and artist associations. Today is a vibrant and cosmopolitan area, that attracts many artists and charms travelers.
